An overview of the newest diet drugs

In recent months there has been a lot of stress in my life, between divorce and the lack of finding a job has made me slightly sluggish. All that in turn the fact that I have gained more pounds then I want. I have tried ever diet pill that has been out there. I've tried even the ones the consultants at GNC tell me not to.

I took a gamble though and have gone on the Alli diet pills. I know all about low fat and eating responsible. I needed something extra. Once someone hits that 'over 35' mark we tend to retain our fat supply like it is our body's candy. I feel it is my responsiblity to tell you that the Alli diet isn't for everyone even though I like the product, I strongly feel there should be more awareness put out to the public where diet is concerned. Too many TV shows sensationalize our eating habbits, but we as consumers are still at the control of the supermarket's over charging and the lack of nuturious items consumers can buy. Just because something says it is organic doesn't necessary mean it's more or less healthy then the next product. I could have a garden in my yard and grow certain vegetables organically (those foods not chemically treated for pest etc). How do we actually know that something is organicl, consumers don't know where the product is being grown.

As far as Alli is concerned, I was loosing fat because it is a fat intake blocker. It is something you have to stay on and pay attention to what you eat. The only side effect that was unique was how fast food when through the digestion process. Read your lables when taking any diet product. Do some research first and then commit. Alli's starter packet comes with a lot of information that may not be known to individuls. Be smart and be safe when buying 'diet' aids.
