Kids do play a important role in helping animals because most love animals. Usually if they see an animal on the streets they try to go play with the animal and once they play with it they want to keep it. It may be a good thing on why kids have this instinct to do so.
The government lately has been talking about all the free roaming animals in the USA and how they are putting animals to sleep because of their over population. Most people think its cruel to do something like that to innocent animals.
Some local shelters are moving to bigger spaces because they are being filled up.
Kids could save up a few dollars from allowances from helping around the house and they could take some money and give it to a local animal shelter. Or their school could have a drive to raise goods for pets or strays.
When kids grown up around animals they usually let their kids have pets when their older. Animals are like kids they can't always fend for themselves sometimes they need love and care too.
Keeping the outdoors clean. Thats where most animals live because if we all had inside animals it would be unsanitary and it would be disgusting. I'm not talking about dogs and cats and other inside pets I'm talking about bears, deers, etc. I don't think anybody would possibly do that but there is probably one person out of a bunch.
Kids come in handy for a lot of things and this is one subject on which they really come in handy. Plus, if you and your family don't have a pet it would be good to adopt one from a local animal shelter.
But if you wouldn't like a pet or you and your family can't afford one then just spread the word and try to do what you can to help animals.
