Our most beautiful, most comfortable, most easy-to-live-in, most important place in the world - our abode or most commonly known as 'home' definitely has to be kept in a way so that we keep 'healthy' always. I will give you some tips by which I think you can keep your home a 'healthy' place to live in :
1. Get up early- not later than 7 A.M.
2. Exercise for at least 5-10 minutes. ( any form of exercise ).
3. Put water for birds, animals and plants and offer water to The Sun. ( Its said that offering water to sun, taking sun-bath or being in sun for sometime keeps you fit and heathy and also prosperous.
4. Clean and dust your home everyday as much as possible and whenever you can during the day.
5. Keep your kitchen, bathroom specially clean always, everyday.
6. Take bath everyday.
7. All the activities to keep healthy can be carried out only when your home's atmosphere is clean, peaceful and friendly. Hence maintain a balanced, loving relatinship with all family members.
8. Avoid family quarrels as much as possible by being patient and resolving the issues as soon as possible and in the best possible manner.
9. Always entertain guests and welcome them in the best possible way.
10. Above tips apart from innumerable other points given in HELIUM can I am sure make your 'home nice, healthy and beautiful place to live in.
