It seems that everyone believes in Satan and I guess that makes sense especially if we believe in God also.

I originally felt that Satan was not an issue insofar as I was concerned because I never let him be an issue with me. I always felt that as long as I believed in God, nothing could hurt me. And I suspect that is true. But I see that others believe that Satan has a more powerful grip that I had ever imagined.

I've always felt that if you know within your heart that no one can make you do anything that you don't want to do, then you know God. God loves with no reasons! God gives us what we need in our hearts. We can survive without a whole lot of material things, but we cannot survive
I always felt that if we have our faith, we have everything we need. If we have a loving family, kids, friends, what else do we need?

I failed to realize, however, that there are those who don't know what to believe. That there are those who suffer from what they don't understand. And that Satan can take hold of the minds of some of these people and make them do horrendous things.

Look at the trials and tribulations the world is going through now with war, famine, natural disasters, and other pain and distress. That is not God's doing so it must be Satan. Since he is the ruler of all that is evil, I guess we must give him the credit that is due him.

Also, Satan can tempt humans so easy because we want so many things to make us happy. And as long as we want material things, he will make ways for us to get them which are not the right ways. If something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

All I know is God doesn't hurt people or make them do ugly things. With Satan's help, man can do much harm to other men. How many men have you heard on the TV that has killed another and then don't even know why. And I truly believe when the evil one takes us over, we really don't know why!

That's why I try to keep my faith in God with me at all times. I love having that peace and tranquility around me. I only speak of good and I love to give.

If anything or anybody is telling you to do something you know is wrong, DON'T LISTEN. That's not God talking to you. Block it out or get some help. Don't listen to the evil one no matter what you do!
