-Before the test date
(1) Improve your vocabulary skills by reading and by doing crosswords
(2) Math
As far as math try to concentrate on what you have learned already and work at improving it rather than trying to learn something completely new. Try too practice with math equations by making your own and see if it comes out to be correct.
(3) Get copies of old SAT papers (mostly from your teachers or even online) and practice, under test conditions if possible. And then have your teacher or sibling grade it to see if you passed.
Have a good rest the night before the test and don't do any last minute cramming.Last minute cramming means you're too worried , relax you're gonna do fine!
In the morning of the test make sure you get a good bit to eat you're gonna be there awhile
*At the test*
Read the instructions carefully and make sure you understand what you have to do. Always ask it's not gonna hurt.
Make sure you answer the correct question. In multiple-choice questions it can be easy to put a mark on the wrong line.
Take the test three times (in the same day)
1st time - do the questions you know
2nd time- do the questions you kinda know
3rd time- do the questions you have no idea about.
Don't spend too much time on one question. If you are having problems, leave it and go on.
DO NOT leave a question Blank many points come from the these questions which you put the wrong equation down or you cirlced the wrong math problem. Points are awarded by HARD WORK!
tip- Good luck be relaxed and make sure you eat a breakfast in the morning
