do they learn to do that when they are older.
10. Praise Them...Kids need to hear that they have done good things, they can't always hear when they do bad things or they may start to think that they never do good things and they are bad people.
11. Teach Responsibility...Whether you are teaching them how to manage money or how to be responsible for their actions, in the end these are very important to who they will become.
12. Punish Them...When they are misbehaving, they need to know that there are consequences for their actions, now that doesn't mean that you have to hit them or anything of that nature, but they do need to know that what they are doing is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
13. Do What You Say...If you say that you are going to go some place with them, then do it. If you say that you are going to leave the store you are in because they are misbehaving, then leave if they don't start to behave. You can't tell them something and then not do it, that just teaches them that they don't have to do what they say they are going to do either.
14. Play Games...The more you and your children interact, the better your relationship will be, and they won't feel the need to act out just to get attention.
15. Encourage Them...Tell them how wonderful they are doing in school and encourage them to do there best at all times.
16. Read...This is one really good way to spend time with them, also encourage them to read on there own, it will help them with everything that they do in school and later on in life.

18. Let Them Help in The Decision Making...Kids need to feel as though they are involved in the things going on around them, so let them help you decide on things to do and places to go. Even if it is as simple as letting them help decide whats for dinner, they like to feel involved.
19. Encourage Healthy Self Esteem...Always,always tell your kids how good they are, how they are beautiful in every way, never let them think otherwise. If you feel they have low self esteem and it is really something they can't conquer on their own, get them help.
20. Keep Them Informed...Kids should know about drugs, gangs and sex. The more information kids have on these subjects, the less likely they are to be curious about them and want to
try them. Talking about these things is very healthy and should never be embarrassing for you or your children.
21. Don't Lie...Whether you lie to them or to other people you are showing them that lying is right. Also kids won't trust you if you don't tell them the truth.
22. Talk to Kids as Your Equal...They really are.
23. Love Your Kids... Do this unconditionally.
