Children who are raised at home tend to have distinct abilities and qualities that blend within their family circle. Children whose parents stay at home to look after them and who probably work from home as well, make it a living and a habit to focus their entire life on watching, developing and training the kids.

The quality time given to each child gives the parents a vital knowledge of each child's ability and progress educatively and scientifically. Some parents who stay at home with their kids do have a list of people who care about the kids such as chefs, bodyguards, chauffeurs. The parents ensure that everything their children are doing, is supervised and being watched by people in charge.

The parents stay in and teach the kids to cook, to use the laundery, to read, to write and ensuring that their safety is not endangered, they ensure that nothing is on oversight. The problem of major 'oversight' might also encourage a parent to want to stay at home because when too busy, it is possible to overlook territories that are necessary and vital.

Children with stay in parents grow up to cultivate the same habit, putting safety and priority first. The children tend to have diplomatic attitude towards life because they may have piked it up through sensitivity and respect from closeness to the parents.

There is plenty of time to understand each child and by the time the child is ready to be a profession, there should be no problem in knowing what each child would want to do, what they would like to specialize in, to what extent they are good at a subject. It is important that parents do not overlook their children's intellectual abilities because others might need them! This is not to suggest that they will not maintain being stay-at-home parents some day. Some, if not most stay-at-home parents do work from home and do go out occasionally to work.

Children with intellectual developing qualities especially cannot be discouraged from becoming medical doctors because they can set up a home clinic some day and never be far off from home at all. Helping others is good and balancing the time is essential too.

Parents who stay at home to protect their kids do have jobs that they do otherwise they cannot feed the kids anyway! Therefore there is nothing wrong with being a stay-at-home mother or father and work from there.

Children whose parents spend a lot of time on them will most likely turn up appreciating their parents efforts and use it well. The time spent on them is shown someday when the parents are much older and need them by their side too. The kids were neglected, so it should come as no surprise that the kids love their parents totally in their older times of need.
