humanity's historically-based political vestiges and machinations of warfare. Fuller, while admitting warfare was unavoidable in the past as societies and cultures clashed over resources, saw that there would come a time when this would become obsolete. According to his predictions, that time should occur sometime in the late 20th or early 21st century.

Being the futurist that he was, Fuller's ideas are either ignored today, or constantly being taken to task. He is a unique individual in that, decades after his death, we still can't fully measure his impact, other than to say that he was on to something, before anyone else seemed to be onto anything similar, such as one-world thinking and corporations taking over the world economy (which Fuller termed the "Gross Universal Cash Heist" long before "multi-national corporation" became the parlance of the day).

From the handicapped kid who couldn't see very well, to the odd, outcast suicide case young adult, to the visions and ideas that might very well be shaping our future, the life story of R. Buckminster Fuller is one to behold.

The arc of Fuller's life gives testament to the lives of the willing who reside in the present, take heed from the past and look to the future: Remember, no one will ever walk aboard this spaceship we call Earth in exactly the same way that you do right now. What will your legacy be?
