A stress-free guide to writing college research papers

The first thing I do to is to find a nice quiet place, sometimes I just go to the computer lab or library and sometimes I hang out in my room if it is quiet enough. If you are in a quiet place it tends to make you more calm and you concentrate on your work. I sometimes like doing papers in my room because I can relax and listen to music, and sometimes watch a movie during breaks or play some video games. Relaxing your body is key to relaxing your mind and to help you to concentrate and think clearly.

You should also start researching your paper as soon as it is assigned and not wait until the day before it is due. The reason I say to start working on it right away is because you are more likely to be stressed out if you have a 10 page paper due in 12 hours and you have to cram it in a short time period. If you want to make research paper writing easier you should make up an outline on how your paper is comprised. That way your paper is already going to be organized and you know what subject matter you are going to have to look up. You should make a draft of the paper and write as much of it as you can way before the deadline, so if you feel like taking a break you won't have to worry so much about the paper. Also if you ever have a problem with the paper you can talk with the teacher or have a friend help. I always have a reward in plan for reaching my goal in a paper so that way I just think about the reward and not so much about how difficult the paper is.

Most of the time people stress about a paper because they don't give themselves time to do better research and to relax. If write your paper is stages, for example write one paragraph or half a page everyday until you paper is done that is less stressful then trying to cram it all in one night, because we all like to relax every now and then.
