Health risks that you might not know about

always complained about performance so they'd constantly buy the latest performance enhancement gadget hoping that would fix the problem. Again, sound familiar? See a connection here? I do.

Our bodies were designed to live hundreds of years if you go by what the Bible tells us. So why aren't we living as long as Moses or Jacob anymore? What happened?

We tell ourselves that thanks to breakthroughs in vaccination, health, lifestyle management, and cardiac care we now live longer than we ever have. I think we're kidding ourselves, it's a total LIE!

The average life expectancy today is what 80 for women and 72 or so for men? Whooptidoo!
Ramesses II lived to be 91 years old, had 110 children, and was born in 1303bc.

Michelangelo lived to be 90 in the 1500's.
The first famous female renaissance painter Sofonisba Anguissola lived to be 98, also in the 1500's.
The Marquis De Sade, father of sadism, lived to be 74 in the 1700's.
Heck, even one of my ancestors dating back to the 1800's lived past 90, Louise Chabot being the oldest at 102 in the 1700's.

So don't tell me we now live longer than ever. I don't buy it anymore, my eyes are open now and all i see is that all these vaccines, pills and surgeries are nothing but illusions. Smoke and mirrors to keep us believing we live longer. Yet we're not living longer, we're just working harder to keep up the same longevity we've had all along!

So what am I using own instead of commercial skin creams? Virgin Coconut Oil and Olive oil. Many Italian women in their 60's don't have wrinkles or greasy skin. When asked what their secret was, they've all said Olive oil. Your skin will love Olive oil. Spread it everywhere, rub it in, let it absorb naturally. Your heart will get essential Omega Fatty Acids, your skin will tighten and stay moist all day.

I also read that people in the Philippines have significantly lower blood cholesterol levels than us yet they cook everything in 100% saturated fat coconut oil! How can that be when we're told day after day, channel after channel, that saturated fat is linked to heart disease, stroke and high cholesterol? Somebody's not telling us the whole story here. Fortunately, I found the whole story for you. Read this report from Dr. Mary Enig Ph.D. But wait there's more...

Now that you know the truth about saturated fats, you can begin your love affair with them once more. But before you rush out and buy yourself coconut oil. You need to know that the coconut oil these reports are talking about isn't the cheap stuff you find in the Asian food isle of your grocery store. That stuff is full of chemicals, bleached, and completely devoid of nutrients.

You need to find yourself some virgin/extra virgin coconut oil (VCO or EVCO) at the health food store. Should be between $12-$20 for a decent sized container. It will look like white paste, that's ok. It melts very very quickly. Now use it like you would use butter. My favourite use for it is popcorn. I melt 2 tblsp of coconut oil in a large pot, pour in 2/3cup of organic popcorn seeds and voil...perfect popcorn! You can also use it for baking instead of butter or shortening.

The lauric acid content in coconut oil is so strong it helps eliminate the risk of candida infections(yeast overgrowth) in your body. Because it's a medium chain fatty acid. The body doesn't need to bind to it to absorb it, it goes right through. So it's incredibly easy to digest, you won't need enzymes to assimilate it. It's perfect for children, the elderly, those who don't have gallbladders or anyone else with weak digestive systems. It has countless benefits, too many to mention here.

So go coco for coconut oil...my crows's feet are gone and skin is the same as when I was 18. Incredible!
