How do you describe a husband
the man who changed my life.
Who opened up a brand new world
the day he took me as his wife.
My husband taught me many things
like how to face my fears.
Encouraged me to spread my wings
to grow throughout the years.
He became my closest friend
The person I could trust.
Supported me through troubled times
when courage was a must.
My husband is my everything
my love for him I cannot hide.
The most wonderful gift he gave me
his name I wear with pride.

I remember my son being bounced on his knees.
