The fastest way to lose weight depends on what fast is for a particular dieter, and thus could mean three days, three weeks, or three months.
Speaking of three, the low carb Atkins Diet is based on numeral three. The Atkins three-hour-diet instructs dieters to start eating within one hour of rising from bed, and to eat a meal every three hours until three hours before returning to bed.
If the three hour thing doesn't sound good, maybe the Slim-Fast diet that assures dieters by virtue of its name he or she will lose weight fast will be of interest.
Or perhaps dieters would prefer my personal recommendation for the fastest way to lose weight. In speaking directly to potential dieters; I must inform you that in order to implement a plan like mine, you must change your way of viewing food, eliminate "almost" all deep fried foods, burgers, sodas, and other sweetened drinks from your food and drink repertoire. If you drink alcohol on a consistent basis beer too you must cut back on this as well because you know alcohol [and beer] has millions of calories.
This may seem like a strange transition but we're going to move from fried foods and sweetened drinks to candy bars which I must mention because they can be very tempting. So, if you enjoy biting into them during work breaks, or while sitting at your desk, the time has come to modify that behavior; and I know you can be reasonable, because you're on a quest to lose weight fast or just lose weight period.
If you eat candy bars on a regular basis, start eating half the candy bar one day and the other half the following day. Do this for one week. The following week eat half a candy bar every other day. And the week after that, eat one candy bar on any day you like but remember, eat only one candy bar.
Now... the way I see it, if you can stick to the candy bar routine, you can manage the rest of the challenges you'll be introduced to in my plan. Let's move on to other things I suggest cutbacks on...like...all the other snacks you consume. Unless you're eating fresh fruits and veggies, yogurt, and other low calorie energy foods, your snack intake may be as caloric as the candy bars you used to consume regularly. And if this losing weight thing is going to work, you must treat those other snacks the same way you now treat candy bars. Give any snacks you consume that are high in sugar, carbohydrates, and fat, the candy bar treatment and you'll be amazed at how quickly you can drop a few pounds almost effortlessly.
