Ecstasy
How can I say
I want you to melt into me,
to slide around my body
like a cobra covering prey?
Dare I hope
you seek the ecstasy
stored in the deep corners
of my soul?
Shall I insist
that you chase my feelings,
gather them into your
tender hands
and press them to my back
beneath your sweltering palms?
How do I say
please wet
the dry recesses of my mouth
with your passion
like morning dew
drifting from the ocean and
blanketing sandy beaches?
How darn I ask that
we share ecstasy
as we did yesterday
again today?
