As an accredited independent project manager, I need scalable tools that cover a wide variety of subjects. My primary focus is Information Technology and network upgrades, and construction is an area that I have only minor experience. I've led several construction projects, as part of an infrastructure modification to support network or hardware improvements, and believe that this area is a weakness in the IT market.

I've never used Bid4Build professionally, but wanted to see if the tools provided could help me reduce my margin of error estimates for large construction projects. I've found Bid4build very logical in its layout, and incredibly easy to use.
I'd recommend this tool to foremen, construction project managers and also IT project managers that have oversight of facilities and infrastructure upgrades to support their projects.
I think that the strength of Bid4Build lies in its ability to add vital supporting detail to the final estimate. In using it, I've seen several areas which I have missed accounting for in the past and have cost gross project margin. One area that I think Bid4Build could improve on would be to offer a degree of accuracy statement for the cost-book material estimate. Even if it offered a margin of error percentage, it would allow more utility in rough order and detailed estimates. That being said, due to its incredible ease of use, I can't wait to use Bi4Build to support my next construction or infrastructure project.
