IQ is not intelligence!
Even specialists admit that. There are different types of intelligence and IQ test not always can measure all of them.Yes, they can find out what are your analytical skills to some extent or your skills of visualisation or 3d perceptions, but this is not all. Our brain is very fine machine and it has many ways of processing information and solving problems. Ways that are not always in the scope of IQ tests.Ways that ensure our survival.

Races had different backgrounds. For a while. They may have developed different primary skills while enjoying their different cultures and virtues. This is absolutely normal. But that doesn't mean that when put in new situation, their brains won't adapt. It's basic human trait to adapt and change accordingly to the requirements of the background. If you doubt that in one race, you doubt it in all. Because we share a LOT in common! And if someone truly doubt it, too bad for that person.

One more thing, in our fast-growing and inter-connecting society, every weak link will quickly loose its place in it- that person or group of people will simply be left away from the development and forms the lowest level of our society no matter how much help is provided. And we don't see that happening. Yes, where the whole environment is hostile and hard, it could happen, but in the same time, people put outside this environment quickly level up with the rest of the world. Which proves it's not an intelligence difference. It's social and cultural difference that we're facing. Because although the races have the same intelligence, they may have different visions of well-being or different requirements form life. Which is normal. If we loose that cultural difference, we'll loose a lot of the variety of our world. And variety is good. Always.
