Finding truth implies several preliminary steps: believing truth exists, deciding to seek it, undertaking the search, coming to realize it resides in the process (not the destination) of seeking, then finding 'it'.
The irony here is that finding truth is not some 'eureka' moment of external discovery, it's an internal state we come to. One day we wake up and realize, somewhere along the way, we found truth, which continues within us thereafter, stronger some days than others.
We don't have to re-discover it each day anew. Yet it's also not something you place on the shelf, fully accomplished and finished with. It's more like a dance you learn, and then perform each day, but subtly different with every new day.
If truth is not a thing to be discovered and understood, then what is it? 'It' is how you look at something, with what state of mind, governing what you intend to see, and then the conclusions you come to from that process. Finding truth is thus bringing the internal and external into balance, so the line of demarcation between them vanishes.
The truth, then, is a process; it is a part of our daily lived reality. It cannot easily be communicated because it's not a finished quantum of data to be imparted. Every seeker discovers it afresh, for it is ever unfolding, 'new' each day.
