Like most out there I enjoy having a bright and white smile. It's even better when you find cheap ways to archive this. I don't earn much money and the money I do earn I like to spend on things other than my teeth. It cost around a thousand to two thousand to have your teeth professionally whitened. But I found a cheaper way to do this from the comfort of my own home. And I would like to share it with others. My secret is after brushing your teeth rinse with one cap full of hydrogen peroxide mixed with one cap full of cold water. Swish it around in your mouth for about a minute then spit. Then rinse with your normal mouth wash to get rid of the awful taste and leave your mouth with that minty fresh breath. Now I know it might sound weird but it really does work. I'm a smoker and have been for about six years and my teeth are still as white as they were before I smoked. Please don't just take my word for it. Try it out for a week and notice the difference it will make. I noticed changes in about two days. Now days it is really hard to find things that truly work and are not just gimmicks to take your money. I try to use things that my grandma taught me because they tend to work better. I haven't figured out why but they do.
