This dressing will compliment any salad. I've made it for my family and it's one thing they all agree is good and around here that's the best compliment you can get!

3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Gradually blend the oil and vinegar in. mix well.

This dressing is best poured over vegetable salads.
