Any company or corporation should have trust, if the company wants profits, quantity and quality products than the company or corporation should find the best professional employees to make sure the company profile and business is successful. The company should also be in the better business bureau so other companies will know that your business is upstanding and should be considered.
In order to have an outstanding company the owner should have high quality machines, the molds to fit the machines should be engineered to accommodate those machines. your employees and upper management should be qualified for the job description, be honest and have humor for the operators and other employees hired.
The operators should have a job history background of some experience in machine shop, people that have no experience should be trained by upper management, not by other operators. all employees should be trusted, if they fail to be trusted then they should get a written warning if it happens a second time they get fired, no matter what the issue may be. everyone should be treated fairly, absolutely no favoritism should be allowed by no means.
Upper management shouldn't take anything personal, they also shouldn't be friends with the operators. Upper management have a job to do, and they have to make sure all other Employees are doing their jobs also. Not only should a Company have these Employees, but when a Company doesn't have the proper staff the Company will eventually spiral downward.
The right staff of Employees should also include: Janitors, Maintenance Crew, Material Handlers, Quality Controllers on all shifts if there isn't any. If an Owner or a Supervisor has reason to believe that an Employer is untrusted then the Supervisor and Employee should be under investigation within the Company. However, if it's not the Operator and it is your Supervisor than he shall be removed. There should be another Supervisor in his place, and hired in.
If any Employee has a problem with another worker, instead of going to your Supervisor with the problem there should be a median one who isn't going to take sides of either worker. The median should investigate the both sides of the Employee's statements and judge from his/hers own belief, if the median can't decide than the median should go higher to Management. If a Business can't be trusted, and all of the Employees aren't trusted than.. What kind of a legit Business do you really have?
