So you want smaller pores on your face? Good luck. This is a physically impossible goal to achieve. The pores on your face are the a the size that they are going to stay. However there are certain ways to make them appear smaller.

There are product available on the everyday market that will allow you do achieve this particular goal. They are usually clearly marked as "pore refiners", but can just be labeled as refreshers. These products tighten the skin so that the pores appear finer and in turn the skin looks smoother and ultimately less flawed.

These product achieve this goal however with a drying effect on the skin, so make sure that you are also using a good moisturizer. The best way to avoid problems like break out, or dry spots is to use the whole line of the product of your choice as the are generally designed to work together to produce one overall effect. If you cannot find a product that works for you in the stores, consult an esthetician for recommendations.

For those days that you overslept and do not have time to complete your daily beauty regime, you can soak a wash cloth in ice water and apply to the face for 3- 5 min. to get a similar effect on the pores. This is a very temporary treatment, but will allow your make up to go on smoother and easier.
