This transfer was good for both clubs! This has been proved by Arsenal's outstanding start to the Premiership season and also the fact that Barcelona have purchased one of the top strikers in world football! Last season with Thierry Henry the Arsenal players seemed too pressured to give the ball to Henry and if their pass was not millimeter perfect he would throw his arms up in the air. This season Arsenal are more unified and do not look for one player every time this has helped them to score goals from all over the pitch and to not become reliant on one player! Barcelona should be ecstatic with the capture of Henry. Thierry Henry is the type of player that will score goals in any league in any team! A good bit of business for all parties involved. The only negative thing about the deal is the fact that Arsenal did not get more money for him. I say this because Darren Bent signed for Tottenham for 16m and Thierry Henry signed for Barcelona for 16m. Darren bent has a long way to go before he will be as good as Thierry Henry. Thierry Henry is Arsenal's record goalscorer and a seasoned international footballer Darren Bent has not broken any noticible records and is not a England first team regualar.
