Why Helium.com does not hire qualified people for the exclusive task of rating articles is beyond me. The community rating is fine and dandy but I am not confidant in it. I'd much rather have people trained to read articles such as these and rate them for the content, much as what we the community members are doing now. It would be advantageous thusly:
1. Faster movement of articles going to the top or bottom

2. Create an environment that is actually ALIVE
3. It is a progressive move that promotes both the writers and the company
4. Many of us here are not qualified to rate articles. Many of us are not editors nor proof-readers. I am not attacking the community members but think we as members would be done better service if said action was employed. Get non-partial article raters employed and speed up the process. You have to spend money to make money. This I think would be a good move. I'm speaking solely for myself and my dissatisfaction with the poor quality rating system.

Were all here for different reasons. Mine is to see how well my writing is as compared to others. I want a real time progress report so I can grow faster. If I grow faster, I including the community, Helium.com will flourish. Its a win-win. My work is stagnating and I am not happy. Do I speak for others?
