Hillary Clinton as the JFK of 2008: Fair comparison or blasphemy?

Hillary Clinton as the JFK of 2008: Fair comparison, or blasphemy? You have to be joking. "I didn't know John Kennedy, but Senator you are no John Kennedy!" The only thing these two have in common, is adultery in the White House. Even that isn't a good comparison. One did it, and the other had a strange way of condemning it.

The Senator from N.Y. changes her position during the same debate. President Kennedy had the testicles to blockade Cuba without changing his mind at the last second. Can you image the Senator being in charge in the early 60's? Send the ships, no hold them back, no send, no hold. I'm getting a headache just thinking about being in The War Room. Can you imagine what our top General's, and Admiral's would be thinking?

Senator Clinton did one thing she never changed her mind about. When President Clinton's administration came to an end, what did Mr.& Mrs. Clinton do? Without hesitation they took everything they could from The White House. They made George & Laura have to pick out new things. I'm sure they didn't have a big problem with that ,or their staff didn't. But who was stuck with the bill for replacing everything? Once again, your taxes at work. If any of us had done at a Holiday Inn what the Clinton's did to The White House, we would be in jail. We would at least have to pay restitution.

After all the Clinton's were used to living on the government payroll. The State of Arkansas supplied whatever they needed, then the Federal Government supplied even more. I assume Hillary just didn't want to hire a decorator. Why pick out a China pattern if you can't register for it? Towels, and other things were taken because they matched. Do you think she wanted to take the sheets? How low can one go!

Kennedy didn't have enough time in office to give us a clue what he might take, but he has the distinction of Congress not wanting to give him anything he wanted. He had a horrible record of getting every bill he wanted, rejected by Congress. Most of us forget that it was President Johnson that passed everything Kennedy wanted. Johnson had a little dirt on most people in Congress. Now that's how things used to get done. Kennedy's Camelot certainly was not the same as Clinton's.... whatever.

Senator Clinton can be compared to Jackie Kennedy as a first lady. I must be kidding! Mrs. Kennedy didn't try to stick her nose into Presidential affairs. Was that a bad choice of words? She just kept her mouth closed, and went about her business. That was probably raising two small children. The good Senator could have done the same, but she didn't. She decided she was going to be an expert on health care. We all know what happened with that. Now she has a DIFFERENT plan. Who knows what else the Senator tried to weasel her way in on. All she tells us is that she was involved.

Comparing Hillary Clinton to John F. Kennedy, is like comparing apples to watermelons.
