you need.
1 onion diced
3 to 4 Rashers Bacon diced
1 to 2 potatos diced
2 tbsp marg/butter
1/4 cup plain flour
2 litres of water
chicken stock
1 tin of corn
1 cup of milk
spring onions
method.
Throw onions bacon and margarine into a deep pot. add flour and stir. Pour 2 Litres of water into pot slowly stirring it should thicken slightly. add your potatos and whole contents of tin of corn including juice. add enough powdered stock for 2 litres of water (read the instructions on the back of stock container). once the potatos are softened add your one cup of milk and you are ready to serve. add spring onions as a garnish.
