Daylight Saving Time: How I will use it.
This time change has a varied effect on lifestyles. It gives us the ability to have an extra hour to do most anything, given the opportunity. Basically, I'll be sleeping or making my usual trip to the bathroom for relief. Of course I may hear a sound and go searching to find the source. It may be nothing but the wind or a tree brushing against the house. Either way it would spark my curiosity. Then the cat may jump from behind something to attack my leg. I've been known to let out some obscenity's, at that animal. All in fun for her, oh sure and here she comes again, this time to jump further up, to my knee. That's it outside she goes. Presenting my with her yowling, wanting back in. Naturally, after a few minutes of the aggravation, I let her in. This may be one of the things I could do with the extra hour. I may also, decide to have a late night snack. Something sweet to satisfy a craving, I've had for a few days, now. There's cheesecake, in the fridge, cookies in the cookie jar and ice cream in the freezer. Now I'm sure you see where this is leading. Decisions, decisions! What a delima for me to solve. Some of each? No, not that. If I'm not careful, I'll have my spouse up wanting his share too. Oh, well I'll just go back to bed and squash the desire. It's the time of night that one sleeps, unless they are single and in a bar or the job dictates being there at night. I haven't been on a night job in may years. So, yes it will be my time to sleep. This isn't very interesting, but it's the truth.
