I'd like to share with you two free and easy to use FTP programs, one is online FTP.

1. CoffeeCup Free FTP

(2) Resumes broken uploads and downloads
(3) Transfer files in binary, ASCII, or auto-mode
(4) Work with any server
(5) Drag and drop files to and from your website

2. FTPLIVE - Free online FTP client
Website: http://www.ftplive.com/
Features: (1) Run from your web browser
(2) No software to download
(3) Nothing to install

You need to download and install CoffeeCup Free FTP, for FTPLIVE, you only need to open the webpage in your browser and select FTP. These two are both easy to use. Put your FTP address and username as well as password, then press "connect", you'll been directly to the one you want to.
