There are a few keys to getting a girl to like you. First off, you have to realize that it is possible that no matter what you do, some people just are not going to be interested in you as more than a friend.

The easiest way to get a girl to like you is to be yourself around them. You must subtly emphasize your good qualities and things that people generally like about you. For example, if people like you for your sense of humor, use it. Show the girl how you're naturally a funny person without having to try hard to crack a joke and make her laugh.

Flirting is very important to getting a girl to like you. The tough part about flirting is to know when to stop. There is a fine line between flirting a lot to convey your interest and flirting too much, thereby coming across as pushy and over-interested. Making fun of the girl is generally successful, as long as it is good-natured and the girl knows you're joking. Sounding too serious or not telling her that you're kidding will often lead to a slap in the face or a kick in the pants.

If you be yourself and flirt appropriately to make sure the girl knows you're interested, you will have a good shot at getting a girl to like you.
