how do you find a genuine psychic? well heres a novel idea for you;
arrange to meet the psychic in question in a public place, specifically one with a comfy coffee bar directly across the street from the place where you have arranged to meet up, as this is where you'll be sitting, in from the cold with your warm coffee cupped in your hands and a smug grin on your face as you watch the bumbling 'psychic' wanders around looking for you across the road.
if they find you, bingo! you got yourself a gods-honest psychic (or an incredibly lucky guesser with excellent eyesight)
alternatively any decent psychic worth their salt would be waiting in the coffee bar before you even get their, with the same smug grin that you'd earmarked for your own.
or i could even go one better, he would call you and say 'hey man, i don't like that prank you were about to play on me in five days time (i haven't even thought of it yet-who is this strange man?), i don't like your mustache (hes never met me before), i don't like the shoes you've got on, ( how does he know I'm wearing my bright yellow sports trainers), and i particularly don't like your taste in women! (damn hes good, honey? iron my shirt. I'm leaving you!)
