It has been identified that we live in energies. God is the central source of all energies and they flow down through the various spheres, finer as they travel to the earth life until it is a gross vibration in the material sphere.

We are body, mind, spirit each on a different level of vibration. While the lessons of life are experienced at the gross material level, they can affect the finer vibrations of spirit form within.

The material body is the temporal home of spirit/soul and is the vibration that dies with the removal of breath. Some define breath = soul. The removal of the life force allows the gross material to immediate decay and return to the earth.

It is the spirit/soul with all the lessons recorded in spirit/soul that defines our level of spiritual readiness, for the sphere in spirit realms. All lessons from this point on will be on the spirituality of the individual soul to progress in spirit realms.

The mind has recorded the lessons from all earth life experiences. This continues to define the individual soul.

To contact the spirit/soul level while still functioning in the material vibration, through the experiences that provide all our lessons, it is important to sit in the silence to calm the mind and body, so that the spirit can be heard.
