Now, what exactly is your immune system? In simple terms, it is your natural self defense mechanism.Your immune system protects you from bacterial and viral infections.What this means is that if you have a strong immunity, you will hardly fall sick.Your immunity will deal with latent infections and ensure that you continue to enjoy good health and that is what we all desire right?
Again, your immune system works hand in glove with pharmaceutical drugs and injections to ensure that you recover faster in the event that you do fall sick. Now, we know just how vital our immune systems are to us, don't we?
Is it possible to boost our immunity naturally? And if it is, what can we do to achieve this?

2...Excercise.
Now, don't panic just yet.Exercise in this context does not mean anything very stressful. Just find a way to carry out some form of physical activity on a regular basis.This can include walking, aerobics, swimming, or even yoga.Whichever option you take, just know this,exercises is great as a natural immune booster.
3...Eat fruits and vegetables.
It is an indubitable fact that raw fruits and vegetables are loaded with priceless nutrients which boost your immunity.More to the point,they also contain antioxidants which ensure that you continue to enjoy good health the natural way.
4...Watch your weight.
Now let me tell something you probably know already.Being overweight is bad for your health.It therefore makes a lot of sense to keep your weight at an optimum level.Apart from making you look attractive, watching your weight also works wonders for your immunity.
5...Combat stress.
We all know that stress is bad news.What we may not all know is that stress also depresses your immunity.So, find a way to get rid of stress and you will be doing your immunity level a world of good.
So, now you know! You can boost your immunity naturally by using the tips described above.And, considering how important your immunity is, this is the very least you can do.
