Why preschool teachers should be paid and treated the same as public school teachers

i feel that preschool teachers should be treated and paid the same as public school teachers. i feel that they are unfairly paid even though they do the same hours and work the same as public school teachers. preschool teachers are part of getting our children to learn and get ready for when they do go to nursery and primary school. i have three children my eldest child did not go to a preschool and i feel that he missed out because he got behind with his school work when he started primary school as most of the other children did go to preschool so they had an advantage over him. my second child has just started nursery and he would not of been ready to if he had not been able to go to preschool as it got him used to going to school and doing school work and he has learned more at his age than what my eldest child did when he was that age. my youngest child will be going to preschool in six months time and i know that she will be taught things that i can not teach and it will get her ready for when she is due to go up a stage. i have seen what the preschool teacher's have to face each day and it is very hard to teach young children at home let a lone teaching twenty, three year old children but they do this day in and day out and they have the patience of saints so they should be paid exactly what public school teacher's do as they deserve it just as much. i feel that all teacher's deserve to have a good pay as they help us parent's help our children become responsible adult's and without the help of all teacher's some parent's would struggle with getting their children on the straight and narrow. so yes preschool teacher's should be paid better.
