A healthy immune system must be a top priority for warding off potential illnesses lurking around every corner of our world. An immune system is the bodies main line of defense when attacked by those nasty opportunistic germs, and in order to win the battle when the body is attacked, we must strengthen and fortify our defenses and keep it in tip top shape.
Our immune system is at its optimal best when we eat healthy, get plenty of liquids, set aside adequate hours for restful sleep, and supplement our diets with vitamins, minerals, and herbs.
