For a woman, there's a great many romantic ideas for her birthday. i'm a girl so i know this stuff. If there's a beach nearby you could go there for a romantic picnic. If she likes animals you could by her her favorite kind. If it isn't her birthday you should do something around valentines day. for her birthday you could even Just make her a card that says, "if loving you is wrong, i don't want to be right." and put her favorite color of lacy hearts on it to. You could also take her horse riding around sunset. If her birthday is in winter, you might like to buy her something snowflake/winter wise. If she likes the wilderness you could make her some apple cider or hot chocolate and take her for a drive in the mountains, or if her birthday is in fall, you could find a leaf you think she would find pretty, and write, "this is so pretty, it reminds of you." on it. If your very coordinated with your hands, you could paint a picture of her favorite season. If it's spring when it's her birthday, you could by her a baby chick or rabbit. If it's in summer, you could paint a mural or timeline that said all that we've been through, or you could seranade for her. (women love that) If in autumn, take her for a drive, or if you live by the ocean, you could take her for a cruise on a boat.
