I have sat here at my computer desk and read all these articles on why marriage should only between a man and a women, so instead of saying why homosexuals should be able to get married, i am going to take this time to show just what nonsense the other side is trying to convey.

First they bring up Divorce Rates, and quote "Why would they want to get into this risky business anyway?" Marriage. Marriage is the ultimate step to be with another person, nobody cares, everyone wants to get married because its what you do to show true love. Its a risky business.

Or the fact that homosexual couples cant procreate? Are you saying are adoption agencies aren't full enough? There are so many kids in adoption agencies that homosexual couples are a blessing to children that have to grow up without a home. I'd rather grow up with two moms or dads, then the priest at the church with my only father, being the holy one.

Speaking of God, this whole argument that Marriage is unethical according to the bible. First lets look at this at a legal perspective, there's a thing called separation of Church and state and whatever is said in the bible should be completely ignored by legislature.

Now morally, God may exist, or may not exist, nobody truly knows until they've passed on, but, would god really punish someone for something that they were born with? Being gay is not a disease.

I myself am not a homosexual, but that does not mean that gays are not entitled to the same rights as everyone else in this country, including the right to marriage.
