Hunting tips: How to reduce or hide your scent

Nullo

Controlling body odor is the greatest challenge a deer hunter faces. With every trip they make to the deer woods, with every step they make, with every breath they take, their body odor shouts, "I'm here! I'm here!" Let me tell you, deer hear very well with their noses. When Steinbeck wrote, "The best laid plans of mice and men often go astray," he had to have had the deer hunter in mind. No matter how well you planned and laid out your hunt, all it takes is a simple change of wind direction to ruin it completely. How does someone best an animal whose sense of smell is somewhere between 4000 and 10,000 times greater than our own, that can distinguish at least 7 different smells at one time, and on a windy day smell you from a half a mile away? One can only do so much in trying to control their scent and after that, all you can do is cross your fingers and pray that the fates are with you or do you?

Most scent elimination products attempt to eliminate or mask odor once it has already come into being. It seems to me that attempting to eliminate or mask odors that have already occurred does not make it. There are some excellent products on the market that do a very good job, but would it not be better if you could take away the chance of error and do away with odor causing bacteria before it occurs? NULLO is a chlorophyllin copper complex supplement that is designed to control body odors from the inside out.
With over 50 years of success in the medical field especially in helping incontinent and colostomy patients, Nullo's success is largely due to the ingredients used and in the formulation process. Hunters began to explore using NULLO as a scent blocker. For the best results, most people will take one caplet in the morning and one at night. The dosage may vary with each individual's weight and diet. You may take up to three caplets per day - two in the morning, and one in the evening. Over the five day period prior to the hunt, the body will absorb enough of the primary ingredient to neutralize body odor. Maintain the same dosage everyday throughout the hunting season. Nullo is water soluble and will flush out of your system within 24 hours after you stop taking the product.
Despite outstanding results from The North American Hunting Club, I remain a skeptic. NULLO sounds too good to be true, but I will give them the benefit of my doubt and field test it this season. If it can handle the odor from sweat of a September bow hunt in Middle Georgia, I will be a believer. I will take the NULLO challenge and publish my results in February. NULLO says to "take two and call the taxidermist in the morning". I really hope that is the case. Good Luck, NULLO!
