God is the Alpha and the omega . the beginning and the end . The creator of the heaven and the Earth . Faith hope and love and the greatest being love . He created man in his image from the Earth and so he shall return . Be fruitful and multiply .
Since the days of Moses , when he lead the Jews out of slavery from Egypt , there was no religion , just idol worship . Moses being close to God and realizing the Jews were Gods chosen people , decided to give moses the Christan laws we have today , "The Ten Commdmants".
These Commandmants were the Christan laws handed down to the tribes of Israel . The teachings of early Christianity were to show guidelines to a persons every day life . That there was only one God and only through him could heaven be achieved .
The teachings were to teach us how to live together in harmony , and love and forgiveness .
Seek and ye shall find sayeth the Lord our God . He created us to carry the torch of life , and for our love to be true to him . Man is strong on will , but weak in spirit . Man has made a life of misery for himself , since the days of Eden , man has tried to hide from God .
God has dealt with mans non ability to accept what he can not see , and through his teachings gave man the chance to seek his on salvation .
God loves us so much he sent his only begotten son to die on the cross for our sins , so we should not perish from the Earth , but have everlasting life . We just have to trust , honor and love the Lord our God with all of our being . For it is only through his son Jesus Christ , we seek heaven , because he died for our sins . That is what religion means .
