Which diets work - and which ones fail?

Weight Loss For Idiots- The Best Diet Yet!

Most people who have struggled with their weight have done their research to find the most effective and easiest diet to follow that will deliver long term results. Then we usually incorporate vigorous exercise along with our choice diet and hope for the best results. I can relate to this regime of diet and exercise and some of us even experiment with diet pills and supplements to help along our progress. Despite all of our hard, diligent efforts very little if any results seem to appear, this is very discouraging.

In my quest for optimal weight and health I began to think about when in my life I weight the least and I was in shape and my health was at is peak. Surprisingly enough this wasn't a time of exercise obsession where all my time was spent at the gym or all my thoughts were monopolized by staying on track with a specific diet. I was eating only what my body actually needed from a large selection of fruits, vegetables, dairy products and proteins. I consumed next to no bread, grains, white flour products or sugar, and when I did eat these foods it was whole grains and in very little quantities. I drank a lot of water and herbal teas. I was quite active it general but I can't remember ever going to the gym during that time. So with all of this in mind I tried to recreate my lifestyle back then to see those same results. My efforts proved useless and I gave up after the first week because unlike most diets that are restrictive I found there were too many options and I didn't know what sequences to eat meals to see the best results, and difference job place and schedule didn't help. Then I found Fat Loss For Idiots and it made it easy. It consists of a diet menu generator that gives you two lists of food to choose from and then automatically generates an 11 day diet designed to lose up to 9 lbs in 11 days. After that first 11 day cycle you get three cheat days to eat whatever you want, and then you can start another 11 day cycle if you still need to lose more weight. There are tons of choices on this diet plan and the generator makes it easy by automatically generating meal plans, so no real planning is required and practically no thinking is required anyone can do this, even idiots can follow it. After you've completed as many 11 day cycles to reach your goal there is a weight loss maintenance handbook also included in the Diet for Idiots program containing principles to follow to maintain long term weight loss.

I've been on this plan for a little over a week and I've lost three lbs so far, and I'm quite pleased with my results. This program actually discourages heavy exercise and encourages light exercise like walking for the best results. Walking for 25 minutes twice a day is recommended or 45 minutes once a day.

The reason this diet works is because its based on naturally kick starting your metabolism. It also incorporates good diet ideals and provides good information on why certain foods make you gain weight like white flour and sugar. The food generator arranges the meal plan by varying the amount of calories consumed for each meal. It also spreads the calories out breaking your meals into 4 per day rather than just three. This combination encourages your metabolism to speed up and burn stored fat. No pills are necessary; natural food contains everything your body needs for optimal metabolism and weight. I love this program and will definitely continue to reach my goals. This program guarantees weight loss or your money back. Try it you have nothing to lose except your love handles! www.weightloss4Idiots.com
