Reading other people's thoughts has been a subject of controversy for longer than we can imagine. How is it possible that someone can know what anyone else is thinking ? In my opinion, it's a matter of energy and our human interconnectedness.

When someone 'reads your mind', it most likely doesn't mean that they can tell the actual words you were thinking, but they can find out the general idea and then if they focus strongly enough, even the subtle details. Then it seems amazing, because it really is as if the person has just read your mind. What was just described here was the ability to sense energies and vibrations. When someone is extremely sensitive, it is very possible for them to just *know* what kind of mood a person is in, or what they're thinking about. This is because we, as humans, are all connected and whenever we think a thought or have a feeling, it sends out vibrations. As we focus upon a thought even more, the energy build up and its frequency can be measured. Each thought's frequency is unique, therefore when the 'psychic' who reads the mind feels the thought frequency, they can differentiate if from another thought.

There's people who are already sensitive enough to pick up on these energies since birth, but there's also a way to learn this. It all starts with learning know how to listen to our intuition and always trust it. Having a pure body and mind is also essential. A cleaner body and mind will be less dense and therefore more able to pick up subtle energies of a higher frequency. Mind-reading isn't just for crazy psychics....you can do it too, because you already are psychic!
