Losing weight has always been an issue for many people. Sometimes the information received from various specialists is just not to our taste, and therefore it builds a brick wall that hinders the start for change. For example, the change of diet needed may be too costly for some people and this is rarely taken into account by Dietician's and Doctor's, etc. Sometimes it is the food itself that puts us off, we simply do not care for it...
I believe there is a far simpler cost effect method. I've used it and it worked for me, both in my pocket, and by weight loss, and there is very little change in the food stuff that is regularly purchased.
You start by making a sheet of what you eat, and how much of it you eat on a daily or weekly basis. My biggest downfall was eating too much bread and using too much butter. For two weeks I ate normally, but cut out the bread and the butter. At the end of that two week cycle I had lost almost nearly 14 pounds off my weight, and all without the need for dieting!
This method makes dieting a pleasure instead of a chore. From cutting out the biggest two problem areas first you make a good start. Then you look at the sheet again, and see what other two problem area's are showing. Then add those two areas to the first two and continue on. The result is weight loss with ease, weight loss without too much strain on your pocket or purse, and it's still buying the same food and amounts of it when you do your shopping.
Give it a try for one or two weeks, see if you can make a difference, all by yourself!
