Ingredients:
Tuna in water 1 can, drained
Garlic, crushed
butter, 2Tbsp
green peas in can
cooked legumes
flour 2 tsp
all purpose cream
parmesan cheese
water
1. In a wok melt in butter at medium heat
2. Add crushed garlic, saute until brown
3. Pour in tuna, mix
4. Add water
5. Let it simmer
6. Add flour, All purpose cream and peas
7. Season with salt and pepper
8. Mix and let it simmer
9. Add in the cooked legumes
10. Pour in plate and top with parmesan cheese
