that dreams were an early warning system for illness. And recent studies
have proven that Aristotle may have been right! The unconscious mind is capable of picking up buried
perceptions, bodily cues, and physical sensations, we perhaps have been too busy to take note of while we were awake.

lives. But that requires casting aside the negative notion that dreams are not real and should be
disregarded. The knowledge and information we acquire in dreams allows us entry into a library of
creativity. A creative library accessed and used by many Authors, Artists, Poets, Scientists, and Engineers. All who have mastered and used dream creativity.
