I really don't think that it matters which gender works the hardest, as long as the job gets done and is done right. Why does everything have to be competitive in the gender world? One gender can't live without the other anyway. In the work force, there are hard jobs, that only men should do, It's ignorant for a woman to hurt herself trying to keep up with a man. It's also just as ignorant for a man to try and out do a woman so he can look macho. Sometimes, adults act more like children than the kids do.

The one thing that is an issue to me, is when a man gets paid more money than the woman for doing the same job, he's suppose to be worth more because he's a man. Having testicles doesn't make one better than the other. If you earn it, regardless of gender, then you deserve the same pay. I've heard some men say that they were the head of the house, and the bread winners, so they should get paid more. Sorry fella's, Look at the ratio of single mothers working to support your kid's. If you pay your share of support to care for your children, God bless you, but those of you that don't, and won't, don't deserve to be paid more, A real man would support his children.
A person's motivation has a lot to do with how hard one works, a hard motivated worker gets tired, but get what he/she deserves, where one who sluffs off on the job, letting everyone else pick up the slack deserves to get fired. You're either a hard worker, and get the job done, or you need to be replaced with someone who wants to work. It doesn't matter if you're a woman or a man.
