Getting through cancer

After watching a few family members survive cancer I've come to the conclusion that if the unfortunate should happen to where I would have cancer, I'd need need to change the attitude.

I tend to be a pessimist that the sky is always gray. I think its because I'm a perfectionist and if its not 200% perfect then its not good.

I've learned through my family members that a good calm attitude will allow you to survive the toughest things in life.

- keep as good of an attitude you can
- don't think of "when you're going to die" think of "as I'm living"
- know you can beat it
- put a smile in your heart and then it will naturally come out of your face
- pray pray pray ..
there have been studies showing that doctors see more patients survive trajedies because of their faith in God .. that they trust that Jesus is the ultimate healer.

So I decided .. why wait until I get cancer to change my attitude? Maybe if I start now to relax and not worry so much .. and well so its only 110% perfect and not 200 .. what they heck? There's always tomorrow
