Energy from nuclear fusion

enormous energy can be tapped out by doing nuclear fusion.nuclear
fusion means the joining of two or more atoms which fuse together to give a new element.unlike common chemical reaction ,nuclear fusion reaction have some mass defect.mass defect is basically the difference of reactants and products of reaction. due to this mass defect huge energy is released following famous einstien equation
e = mc^2 which is mass energy relation.
unlike nuclear fission reaction nuclear fusion is environmental friendly as it doesnt create any radio active substances.
but one thing that nuclear fusion lacks about is that it requires very high temperature (about over 5000 kelvins).till its going in research area ,how to lower that temperature so that it will favour nuclear fusion reaction.

if that happens then there will be no more energy crisis on earth....
because earth has 78% water which is rich source of hydrogen atom which can undergo nuclear fusion reaction releasing huge energy and helium atom. this is reaction that is happening in sun.
