As a teenager, I am constantly pulling pranks. It's just natural. Some are good and get a decent reaction, others aren't as good, and receive less of a reaction (and sometiems consequences). However, there are a couple of pranks that are very effective in certain scenarios. The one I will share with you involves very little work, but can get you a free meal.
At a fast food restraunt, go through the drive through. Place your order and drive through to the window to pay. While ordering, however, have one of your buddies get out of the car and walk beside the car, trying to stay hidden from the windows. Crowching will also do the trick.
When the consumer pays for the food, wait until the drive through attendant tries to hand the driver the food. At this time, have your friend run as fast as he can beside the window and "snatch" the bag. As he continues to run away as far as he can, the driver will look at the window and ask what just happened. Since the attnedant has no clue either, the driver should demand that he get a new meal for what he ordered or that "I'm not paying for food that I didn't recieve." The restraunt won't go chasing after your friend either - they have jobs to do.
After recieving your second order of food, meet at an already specified location that your friend has ran to and pick him up. Here, you can get the other bag of food, and pay for only one meal!
CAUTION: This does take some acting to a certain extent. If you can't keep a straight face, I suggest you don't try this one. Other cases I've had, the manager was involved and was questioning us on if that was our friend or not. LIE your pants off. :]
Witht he right work, on the way back, you have a meal or you can save it for later.
