So called hate crimes are an unequal form of punishment and are strictly banned by the Constitution. The only reason we have them is to set a precedent for unequal punishment for the masses which means if you're for them, one day, you will be affected unequally because of them. Whoever is allowing these codes to be written in the first place should be placed in prison and convicted of treason or at the very least violation of his oath of office and never be allowed to be released from prison.
Hopefully Guantanamo Bay.
And no, since no crime has been committed hanging a noose anywhere is definitely not a crime. But I wouldn't expect anyone who was so blinded by hatred and bigotry into being for hate crimes in the first place to understand that. No crime was committed - you just want to make the justice system force everyone to love each other and that's not going to happen! Instead, you want something so much that you're willing to give up a basic human right and mark someone will a stigma to get your way. The only problem is that you're falling right into the "change agents" plans and allowing them to "come in and save the day" where they have no business or jurisdiction in the first place.
People are such fools.
