Basically there are no differences in intelligence between races. All races have the capacity to learn or not to learn, to make choices or not make choices, think to solve a problem or not think, reason or not reason and to love or not to love. Of course, there are levels of intelligence in each individual, but it has nothing to do with the color of skin. Rather it has to do with education, life experiences, one's attitude, desires and motivations and what choices one makes. These are what determine a person's intelligence.

Skin color is no more important than eye color in determining intelligence. Is a blue-eyed baby more intelligent than a green-eyed or brown-eyed baby? No. Given that there are no signs of brain damages in the child, they are all capable of learning. True, some will learn skills, like walking, earlier than others. On the other hand, some will master how to speak quicker than his equals. However, color of skin will not be the factor in determining how each baby responds to intelligence. Example: If a young baby is nurtured, loved and interacted with, by the age of 2 months or so, he will respond with a smile. A baby who is neglected will not respond. More likely he will only cry and be harder to soothe. Again, the color of his skin not being the deciding factor.

Society, economics, education and family values are what determine the measuring line when it comes to intelligence in all races. We, as a race of "humans", either use our brains or we do not use our brains and the color of skin has nothing to do with it.
