"It is symbolism in bad taste" . The rope did not jump out and commit a crime , it is just the symbol of of a dying age , just like the Confederate flag . Is it a hate crime for me to put the rebel flag in front of my house , no it is not . It just shows that I am from the Southern Confederate States .

The Christian cross , stands in front of many churches . Is this a hate crime toward Jews , who were the reason Jesus died on the cross for the worlds sins , or is a hate crime for just being a reminder . Symbolism is crushing the life out of the American people . They see something that reminds them of the past , and right away it is offensive and vulgar to them as a race . If any symbol had the overtones of the swastika , I would be worried . That symbol is the most hate crime infested symbol of all time . If you wear the symbol you are hate orientated and bias to the fact .

The Jews have the Holocaust , The blacks have the noose , the Irish have the Britt's , and it goes on and on . All this hate from persecution and oppression have made symbolism the hate crime . Racism , Marxism , Communism , bigotry , are the cancers of all countries hate crimes . It says in the Bible not to worship symbols or false idols . If that is a hate crime to say that , we are in the most danger to our selves .

I guess every thing that symbolizes hate should be a hate crime , But hate is not a crime until bodily harm is done to some one .
