Bicycle riding requires a lot of physical and mental fitness .A person who gets carried away by thought frequently and for a long time is not fit to drive or ride a bicycle on the road .such people do cause accidents and so they shouldn't be allowed to use the road with other road users.

When you have a troubled mind, do not ride the bicycle on the road .You could get killed .The biggest secrets for keeping a clear head always is to avoid things or conversations that can anger you .do not go to the road when you arte overwhelmed with fury it could make you to run into other road users .Always take things simply and assume as if they didn't happen. Otherwise if you are the type that keeps thinking about this things for weeks then it is not good ,it could cause you problems .Always find for solutions to your problems and try leave tem aside as fast as possible so that when you go to do other things ,you can concentrate well.
Muscle pulls are next, they are bad because they come when you are in the middle of doing good things and the pain that they cause sometimes takes a long time before it ceases and sometimes the pain is so intensive that you can't go back to what you were doing. Muscle pulls are lumps that form in the muscles of the thighs or behind the legs when we take along time to do things that need vigorous muscle work .The best solution to this is enough exercise .You need to do enough muscle stretching exercises to keep you muscles in the form for cycling and other activities that need a vigorous muscle work. Muscle stretching exercises will help you so that muscle pulls will not affect you when pull and stretch your muscle.
Next is the stamina .You need to have enough stamina to enable you to peddle the bicycle very well .cycling needs a lot of stamina because you will depend a hundred percent on your strength to move the bicycle .The secrets of gaining stamina are thorough body building exercises. This will enable you to gain stamina and it is the only way that you can gain it if you were not gifted by nature. Exercising is very good for ones health and we need even to consult experts so that we can know the right exercises for each parts of our bodies and know the sciences behind each and every problem of each part of our bodies.
So, generally speaking, bicycle riding is only for the very healthy people because it is very vigorous work and people with even the smallest health problems can not manage it .It goes with the other ingredients that make good health, that is a god diet and the others. Cycling itself is a very good exercise because it benefits all the parts of your body. Form a habit of gong to the gym always and you will gain all this very easily.
