Most of the time, students get stress over their studies. They don't know how to prepare for their exams and are frequently tied up with their co-curricular activities. Students must have an interest in study; like in everything else, or it cannot be continued by rational human beings. The will cannot focus attention upon any subject that lacks interest for more than a few seconds at a time; and forced attention requires too great expenditure of energy.
Students must concentrate when they're studying or listening to the teacher who's teaching. Without concentration, everything else will not work. The best thing is to write down important notes of what the teacher is saying. Don't ever be stressed up. Stress is only the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing us to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness. It helps you to prepare for tougher challenges that you're going to face in the future.
In conclusion,
The most important part of managing your studies well is,
1: Role of Frame of Mind, Attitude and Motivation
2: Work Smart and Not Hard for Excelling in Examinations
3: Power Of Believing And Positive Thinking
4: Power of Concentration
